I've entered my third decade. For celebration number one, Richard and I went camping on Lough Ree in County Roscommon. The camping was not very rustic but fun nevertheless. The only campgrounds we could find were also caravan parks so were complete with bathrooms, hedges and plenty of other campers.
The second (and more blockbuster) celebration will be in a few weeks in the Basque region of Spain. Stay tuned!

It is amazing what kind of desserts you can come up with when there aren't many sweets kept in the house. Turns out to be a pretty amazing one. I'm going to whip those up this week for the Olschewsky family (Morgan, Eric, Robyn, Dave and Barb flew in for a surprise visit yesterday).
ReplyDeleteI love your pictures. Glad you had a good time camping!
ReplyDeleteGrandma and I were just talking and trying to remember what Richard is researching at Trinity. Can you remind us in 100 words or less?
