Donegal

[Richard]

A few weekends ago, I cycled around the Inishowen peninsula in Donegal, as far north as one can go in Ireland. It was a tiring, but fantastic trip. The berries, cliffs, and beaches made up for the steep roads, wind, and weather. A great part of the country.

Trip to Oregon

I took a trip home to Oregon for 10 days to see family and friends.  I worked a bit while I was home, but the rest of the time was like summer camp-- BBQs, boating, swimming, tubing down the river and clamming at the beach.

Right before setting off on our tubing-trip down the Tualatin River with some high school
friends and others-- Mack, Melinda, Stefan, Joey, Jesse, Holly, me and Grace

After tubing, BBQ at the Foreman's-- Kyle, Joey, Stefan, Mack,
Linds, Holly, Jesse, me (all West Linn HIgh School grads)

On the way out to go clamming-- we collected cockles, gapers and butter clams
